DOMAIN JOINED WINDOWS DEVICES
The majority of Professional Services Staff (and some academics with a desktop PCs) have domain joined devices. These are Dell devices with Windows installed. You log on with your "socsci" account (and have 'mapped drives'). For these devices the new print client service and the new print queue will be automatically delivered to you after logging in to your PC in the office. You may need to log in, restart the device, log in and restart again in order for both the service and the queue to appear.
π More information - on the procedure and what you will see and how to check - can be found here.
